We'll set up a time to chat, we'll send you some additional information, and if we are destined for each other we will book your project once the contract has been signed and the initial deposit has been paid in full.

Unless there is a previous written agreement in place between The Client and Daric Creartive, a commencement fee of 50% calculated as a percentage of the total Contract / Project cost is required at the beginning of a Contract / Project Duration; once this payment is received by Daric Creative and confirmed in writing, the project will be scheduled by Daric Creative. The commencement fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the end of the project. Since no project is ever alike, in some special cases, we might allow for a different payment plan scenario that is fair to both parties.

Before any online content is launched or provided, original files and/or artwork of the Finished Product(s) are supplied to the client, the remaining percentage will be invoiced and is payable to Daric Creative.

If, after the project has commenced, subsequent invoices are not paid within 30 days, a 7% “delayed payment” fee will be charged, unless a written agreement is in place between Daric Creative and The Client. This initial 7% figure will be added upon each recurring 30 day period until the full amount has been received by the designer.

If the project is cancelled during the Contract / Project Duration, payments made before that date will not be refunded. Work completed to cancellation date not covered by the payment schedule paid to that date will be invoiced as part of due process; this will be calculated at an appropriate calculated percentage of the Contract / Project Duration which may include additional third-party costs where necessary; this is payable to formally close the project agreement. Any resources developed until point of cancellation will be supplied upon payment of final invoice and a formal cancellation notice will be served by Daric Creative.

A branding project may take up to an average 3 weeks depending on complexity , while web design and or development can take up to 6 weeks. Every project is different so if you have a deadline, please let us know in advance.

Our process is very friendly and collaborative, and when working on your project, we provide you with two different design concepts for you to choose, and up to three rounds of revisions on your chosen one. Each round of revisions refers to you providing with a set of limitless feedback (doesn’t matter how many), and our team acting on this feedback and presenting the revised concept back to you.

Each project requires a different design or visual direction. Each project starts with two initial concepts, and once you have chosen between the two, you have up to three revision rounds to edit that design.
